Since 9th of August, the mobile internet is not working in roaming condition. I have been using the SIM from last 7 years, there was no problem but since 9th of August neither it is working in my mobile or any other mobile. I had registered my complaint on 9th of August but seems like Airtel don’t care. Every time I follow up they say “your case has been escalated to high priority and will be resolved quickly, don’t worry” but till now it’s not working.
