I placed an order (Order# OD326831023784397100) on 21st Dec 2022 on Flipkart for Infinix Hot 11 2022 (Polar Black, 64 GB). I was facing overheating issue and battery drains very fast which I reported to Flipkart on 27th Dec 2022 while last date as per Flipkart return policy was 28th Dec 2022. Flipkart acknowledged the request and initiated the return process. Flipkart’s customer care team shared 18004190525 Infinix cust. care number and asked to go through telephonic troubleshooting process which I completed same day. From 27th Dec onwards Flipkart is saying your resolution will be provided in 24 hour but no progress on it yet, Their system is saying today on 2nd Jan 2023 that they will get in touch about the troubleshooting by 30th Dec 2022. There is no progress from last 7 days and every time their cust. care is saying don’t call until 48 to 72 hours. No technician visit, No replacement process or no refund initiated yet. I have wasted my lot of lot of time in chatting with their cust. support and calling their customer care. Please help. I have attached the chatting in the attachment. They have not mentioned the date on their chatting mechanism cleverly but chatting started from Teusday 27th Dec 2022 to today Monday 2nd Jan 2022. I bought this Infinix phone on someone’s request whos salary is too low. please help him from these cheaters
