Screen Flickering and hanging issue started in my Redmi Note 10S from Dec-2021 and I visited prism service center 2-3 times for same but every time they only re-installed mobile software and returned it to me. Again within nest 10-15 same issue arises and I visited service center for same but no permanent resolution provided yet. I connected Mi Support over twitter as well but my problem not resolved yet. Still same issue is persistent with my device and I asked to replace my defective device under warranty but service manager denied, they neither resolved malfunction issue nor replaced device under warranty. I am very frustrated with screen flickering and hanging issue with this phone and Mi team provide no support for under warranty product. This way Mi breach my personal information and doing illegal activity, I would like to claim replacement of my faulty device with new one and 2lacs as compensation for risking and breaching my personal information.
