Respected sir/maam,
Maine flipkart se ek phone kharida tha jiska name hai nothing phone one, jo mujhe milmne k baad pata chalta hai uska front camera on hi nhi hota hai, to maine 7 days replacement policy k under hi return request kiya to uske baad wale din wo dealer k taraf se cancelled kar diya gaya tha uske baad maine phir return request kiya,
Phir mere pass flipkart se ek tech visit hua, unhone bhi mujhe bola sir app nischinnt ho jaiye apka mobile ka front camera sachmuch kaam nhi kar raha hai,
Phir unhone apne taraf se jo submit karna tha unhone kiya or chale gaye,
Uske 1hour baad mera return request phir cancelled ho jata hai or main jab flipkart se sampark karta hu to mujhe bataya jata hai apke pass jo tech visit hua tha unhone camera bilkul sahi hai bola or kaha kuch buttery issue submitte kiya hai halha ki wo technician mere samne hi survey kiya r submit bhi kiya tha.
