TREAT WITH HIGH IMPORTANCE
Today I received a call from a fraud saying he is from ICICI Bank – Payback department, he was saying that your payback points has been expired now icici bank is converting these points into cash back..it will be credited to your credit card account. he is having all my card details…he was asking me to share OTP have not shared…received 3 OTP’s and when am denying he has put me on IVR where you need to press 1 to confirm…but i have not done from the same IVR i was trying to speak to Phone banking officer…she has confirmed that transaction has not happened…while talking phone got disconnected…have received the message debited twice 24837.26 total amount 49,674 from my credit card account. immediately i have sent message to block the card… i have reached to ICICI Bank Branch and raised dispute request.
