Order number OD427618615512743100.I have ordered a mobile named Motorola e 13 and have exchanged it with mi A2. After checking the mobile they had the value given for the mobile was 2450. After some day almost 15 days I got a mail that it might be possible that for the exchange item, I will be received 750 rs more. But they are asking only for bank account details. It’s clearly mentioned in the app that they can refund it in my Flipkart wallet or account.I also suggest refunding it as a gift voucher or in an already registered bank account they don’t ready for that.And after so many calls they like saying with my concern they are closing the issue. But I don’t give them the concern. They didn’t resolve my issue. They didn’t pay back my money. How can I give a reply back to the mail trust them with my account details.
