Dear Flipkart Customer Support,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered with my recent purchase during the Big Billion Days sale.

On 08/10/2023, I placed an order (Order Number: OD329361604804349100) for a OPPO Reno10 5G (Ice Blue, 256G) and utilized an exchange offer for my old mobile, which was eligible for a ₹4000 exchange bonus. This exchange bonus was a significant factor in my decision to make the purchase.

However, to my surprise, I recently noticed that the exchange has been canceled without any prior notification or explanation.

I have not received any communication, either via call or message, regarding the cancellation of the exchange. This situation has left me quite disappointed and frustrated, as I relied on this bonus to make the purchase.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter and provide a prompt resolution. I would appreciate it if the exchange bonus of ₹4000 could be reinstated or an appropriate alternative solution could be offered to rectify this issue.

I understand that issues can arise, and I trust that Flipkart values its customers and their satisfaction. I believe this matter can be resolved to our mutual satisfaction.

Furthermore, I regret to inform you that my attempts to connect with Flipkart’s customer service have been less than satisfactory. During my previous interactions, the representatives I spoke to were unhelpful, rude, and did not provide a solution. In fact, on one occasion, it seemed they were attempting to prematurely end the call without addressing my concerns.

As a loyal Flipkart customer, this experience has been disheartening and has further compounded my frustration. I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism, especially when reaching out for assistance.

I am confident that Flipkart can uphold its reputation for exceptional customer service, and I hope that my concerns will be addressed promptly, both in terms of the exchange bonus issue and the quality of customer service provided.
