I ordered a mobile phone on Paytm for the exchange of my old phone.
They delivered a new handset and collected full amount of their device and told me someone will come and pick up my old device and than only I will receive my exchange amount back.
But they reject to pick up my old device and now I can’t even return my original product.
I realised they cheat me by showing lucrative offers on exchange cash back and didn’t give any and made their sale.
