Hello Complaint form,
Amazon delivery person came for delivering ordred mobile in Amazon internet online against with a mobile exchange, he said he wants the screen guard on the exchange mobile has to be removed, where as a customer I’m not the right person to do so. I told it has to be removed by some other and he told he will come in an hour to get the exchange pick up. I was waiting for him to come back for the delivery and pickup. After long waiting of 2 hours not returned and the order has been canceled from his end with out any concern from me. I raised a complaint and the customer care executive told he will place a delivery by next day morning (I.e., today 27-September-2022).
I again called customer care and explained the same to the executive and was told I can place order again, but the system was not allowing me place order. Seems the offers Amazon put as an AD was not correct. As well wrong delivery instructions given to delivery guys which in return customers are getting irritated against getting enjoyed with the product.
Please look into the issue.
