Text of Complaint by Sabyasachi Samanta:

I changed my airtel mobile no from Maharashtra state to Tamilnadu state as i’m presently employed in Tamilnadu. When my SIM was ported into TN , i found my balance e-net data , 180GB something got null and only present month available data showing only. My complaint is , kept my same no, kept airtel , then why should i lose my balance data during porting. Contacted Airtel customer care and replied it would be like that only. Contacted airtel c-are on 13-Feb-2021. My port change was completed on 12-Feb-2021 around 22.15 hrs
