Actual delivery date – 05.10.21
1.Many time through via Amazon agent call try – No response.
2. Still now I’m waiting for one day for our order.
3.Complaint registered to customer care for mobile 06.10.21 early morning delivery required.

1.Morning I called to agent…very clearly spoke for my mobile urgent delivery required.

2.But agent came to afternoon
I guide and help to him for my addres route.

3.No instruction given or not received from agent for before Mobile reset.

4.I very clearly explain my situation sudden plan go to native…So pls wait My wife reset and will give the old mobile.

5.But agent is not wait poor response..also I’m waiting one day…our time is waste or save????

Amazon is not care the customer feel because many time I follow to customer care incharge.but if any one person no support for me…..

Finally I dropped my new mobile.

Note : Agent my old mobile temper glass removed.

We need my old temper glass money and my and my wife mind set upset for agent activity…

Finally I told worst Amazon behaviour……
