I had booked a Mobile for an exchange offer of a mobile. When delivery boy came to deliver the item and check the exchangeable mobile, mobile price was done at Rs 3540 but delivery boy rate the phone at Rs. 1400/- and not deliver the item also.
I have booked the phone at an offer and now there is No offer like that.
