Recently on 24th December I have placed an order for green colour hard case for my phone from Instagram page “mobile fashion world”.Soon after they asked my address and requested to pay for that case.Before paying I queried them about tracking ID , delivery services ,And estimated days for delivering the product. They told me like maximum 4 days will be taken to get that phone case in your hand.
Even after 5 days I queried about them,Still they made an excuses.And I called them asking the reasons for their delay.
They reconciled like there were technical issues so that orders went wrong and deliberately vowed me that it will delivered to your hand on january 6th.When I called them they aint responding my calls and not checking my messagez.
