your reference also i sended attached files ,
I made a mobile order on the 27th Aug 2021 and also made an online payment, the address is correct ,I looked again on the 30th aug 2021 day the pin code was incorrect(i entered wrong)
i taken one time order this pin code also same thing happen but delivery person called so i visited branch and taken,I looked to change but could not call the customer care again.
I waited for the delivery person to call me At this time the message came that we will deliver. The delivery person ‘s number also came. I waited hye not called me and i called him.
The person was not lifted,I received a message on the 30th aug 2021 8.02pm day that your order was rejected.
I did not even get such a call. I will call the customer and ask him for advice, He said, ‘Cancel the order ,I did 30th aug 12.06 am. I want a mobile.
*** Why didn’t the “delivery person call”, and I ask your “customer care for advice” why did he tell you to cancel order? Why didn’t you tell me there will be 2 more attempts?
