I have booked one Mobile on 14th July 2020 by paying Rs. 2999. Through debit card of IDBI Bank.My Order no. is STRDL3598 as per company policy Material to be delivered with in 3-4 days deliver within 7 working days but still Mobile not delivered by company
Company inform me confirmation of payment & order no.through mail as belows.

I contact sent message regarding this order to custmer care contact no.8392012900 then he replied that this order is cancelled & he will be refund me the amount Rs. 2999.for the same he asked me my phone pay or Google pay no.but I am not using the same.He asked me bank linked mob. No. I told him my mob.no. then he send me a verification code but I refused to tell said verification code because l thought that he can be done any financial cheating.Then he disconnected my call.
Hence, You are requested do the needful to refund my money Rs 2999 to my bank account which was I have used to pay to this company.
