Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased a brand new mobile Infinix Zero 5G 2023 X6815D. I was excited to have purchased it, but very disappointed that the Bluetooth connection was not working from the purchase. I have talked to one of your representatives over the phone twice but nothing has been done so far. I am hoping you will replace it immediately. In relation to the specifics of the order, I purchased this mobile phone from Flipkart on February 26th,2023 and it was an online purchase with order ID# OD427422699687805100. The model of the mobile phone is the Infinix Zero 5G 2023 X6815D and it was under warranty.
Your customer service executive provided the nearest Carlcare service center (DOOR NO.E5, 352, PARAMOUNT PARK, VELACHERY MAIN ROAD, VELACHERY, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600042) Ph: 098393 50630. Then I visited the branch and explained the issue in detail, however, they informed me after the 3rd day “We don’t have a new version for the Bluetooth Software ” Need to wait until we get the software from the Company.
The issue with the phone is that I am unable to connect to any Bluetooth device. I’m sure this is a manufacturing flaw. Despite my communication with one of your representatives a week ago, nothing has been done and I seriously doubt the after-sale service you provide.
