Hi,

I have been trying to resolve my issue in regards to my bill dispute with Airtel, but these people are hell bent in not resolving it.

In one of the month I have wrongly charged of some services(by the way the amount is a tiny amount,so it sould not be a cause of concern) and since then I am trying to contact their Customer care Agent. But due to CO- ViD situation it seems there customer care agents went underground and still they are underground. I have raised multiple Service Request on their “ AIRTEL THANKS APP” but theuy are repeatedly closed with out resolution.

I have reopened them and they are closed. However after multiple attempts one service agent called up with lot of reluctance and said he will work on the error and void the charges. But to my surprise he void some other charges and not the one in Dispute. As if I as begging him for some discount and he gave what he can. PATHETIC.

By the way I am a 10 year old patron of Airtel with the Same Number. Regularly paying my Bills, a POST PAID Customer. AND THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT ME.

Apart from raising request on AIRTEL THANKS, I have raised my query and concern on their IVR too. BUT NO REPLY or RESOLUTION.

At last I am here and posting the same awaiting some closure.

P.S: MY NUMBER IS NOW DISCONNECTED DUE TO NON- PAYMENT of BILL
