Regarding…Mobile bill payment.
Hi Sir /Madam,
My name is Sandeep Sharma and I am from Fafidabad HR. I was using one Airtel mobile number last from 10 years and paying my bill on time. Suddenly before few months Airtel changed my bill plan without taking my permission. And that amount was effected my financial condition.
As before Lockdown my bill was around 500 and I was ready to pay but in Lockdown period due to hike in my bill plan my bill amount was showing more than 1300rs. As I was jobless in Lockdown so I request to Airtel via email or call to provide me waiver or change my plan to lower one. But they denied for the same and asking me to visit Airtel store during in Lockdown. So tried to convince him again but all waste of the time.
Now that number was spread everywhere in banking, policy, share market and many more and due to that I am not getting any update …
So sir, please look into this matter I am ready to pay the amount but that amount is really too much for me and as per the usages of the number my bill should not more than 700rs…
This time I am in very bad condition. So help me.
