Text of Complaint by Pallavi Adapala:

We have ordered an apple iphone 11 64gb from flipkart the seller is tressurehaul online. The moment we received the mobile we raised a replacement request because we didnt get the sealed product neither accessory is missing. since the seller assured that 7days replacement is there they need to accept the replacement and we gt the product on 25th sep 2022. Since then we r fighting for replacement and finally thought of to open the mobile here again the problem arises which is faceid is not working in mobile still they rejected the replacement. I would like to bring the entire scenario to your notice where atleast i can get justice. Thanks
