Dear Team
I have purchased oppo Reno 6 mobile from your flipcart on 01.11.2021 for 29990.I got message that my mobile will be delivered om 07.11.2021 , later same got out delivery and extended delivery to 14.07.2021.still today i have not received any message and also called customer care number .Ni response from your side.I even texted many times but no revert from any number very worst service.I purchased with my credit card and i have also converted in EMI .My first done of emi also paid but you people haven’t any responsibility to answer or call back customer for any delay or postponed.
I now want my order to be cancelled and refund with interest still date .
If this is not happening.I will fill a case on your company asking for compensation in consumer court.I need reverd within today with refund because I’m paying EMI with processing fee and interest.you people enjoying my pain and sucking my emotions.
