My son airtel sim crashed in UAE (Dubai). My son informed me to collect duplicate sim (in same number ) in Tricy tamilnadu, India. So i collected sim in airtel store that is in Tillainagar branch in Trichy, Tamilnadu. Collected on 28.7.21 but still its not activete. So many times it went to that airtel store and meet the manager. But not response. Please kindly help me.
