Unauthorised transaction of Rs 29000 has been initiated from the zip wallet on 5th november 2023. You have failed to provide me any resolution and have been forcing me to pay the unauthorised amount, harassing me mentally and financially. Kindly look into this matter with urgency – resolve and return the amount to the zip wallet and stop any suspicious activities in future.
