There wer fraudlent t ansaction done on my zip thing for the mobikwik wallet which was not in use for a long time more than a year. I don’t want to use my mobikwik account by any means here are my concerns:
Without my consent unlike any other payments how can you enable 20k credit in my wallet. A credit facility must be accepted and kyced.
How were these 5 transactions done without any OTP ???
How was my account still active when I had not used my mobikwik account for more than a year which is your rule??
How are some fraud people knowing about such dormant accounts and with such security loopholes. It signals data breach activity going inside mobikwik certainly.
I had raised the fraudulent activity within minutes of seeing some notification in my wallet then how come the credit transactions were settled and you only replied to post a long duration
I have very good suspicion that your internal teams are involved in such fraud activities and i will definitely do the fir as well as add harassment and security data breach on mobikwik for such fraud activities and loop holes in security transactions.
