Misuse of my mobikwik wallet app. The hacker has used 59680 rupees from my wallet.
I received an IVR call from a number claiming to belong to mobikwik wallet and asked me to enter in an OTP in order to block unauthorised used of the wallet. After I entered the OTP on 22nd September 5pm onwards 3 transactions were done.
1st 5:02 Pm – 19,990/-
2nd 6:27 PM – 19,760/-
3rd 6:29 Pm 19,930/-
I raised a complaint with mobikwik as well as filed a cybercrime report.
