Respected Sir,
On 04/09/2022 I tried for rent payment of Rs.1000 through Mobikwik paylater.They displayed a banner in their app that “pay rent using your credit card/zip paylater”. So I think I can make the payment from the paylater balance.But when made the payment they choose my another bank’s debit card which is already added by me in the mobikwik app for the payment.I have made the payment and amount debited from my SBI bank account not from the Zip Paylater.The real issue the debited amount from my account is not credited to my landlord too.Where is my money
What a scam is this???
Another issue is the doesn’t allow to remove the added bank accounts and debit cards from the app.Please take an action immediately.
