Text of Complaint by Srinivas Akkapalli:

Respected Sir/Madam,

I had 1500 rupees available as ‘pay later’ loan amount in Mobikwik ZIP. I used 1271 rupees from that 1500 rupees loan amount to pay for groceries from Big Basket on January 1, 2023. The due date to pay MobiKwik for the used loan amount was January 5, 2023. Big Basket had refunded the money to MobiKwik on January 2, 2023. After the refund it was showing in Mobikwik that 1500 rupees loan amount was available again. But after January 5, MobiKwik changed the 1500 rupees loan amount to zero; and have thus far imposed a penalty of “Rs. 964.49” on me for “late payment”. They have been harassing me through WhatsApp messages. When I contacted the MobiKwik customer care, they are giving incoherent reason, despite their having received the loan amount back well before the due date. I Paid penalty ₹964.49 to Mobikwick ZIP on 24th January 2023 because they are harassing and they adding penalty continuously. They needs to Refund me my ₹964.49. So I request you that please solve my issue as soon as possible. Thanking you!
