I have received ivr call on August 11. It told me some one is trying to access my account. To prevent that unauthorized transaction it ask me to enter option 1 and for confirmation it sends otp in that call. After entering that otp. Two transaction happened in my mobkiwik zip paylater account. I lost 56,806 rs. I have immediately reported that transaction as fraud and sent email to fraudalerts@mobikwik.com. but still no response from them. So far I have sent more than 10+ mail. But they are adding penalty charges heavily for this unauthorized fraud transaction. I was trapped on ivr recorded and lost health and sleep after this incident. Mobkiwik is big scam network and breaching rbi guidelines. Government and cyber police is not taking action against mobikwik data breach
