I have paid all the dues on time in Mobikwik Zip Pay Later but they uploaded the pending dues a day after, stating that I have to pay the penalty charges although I paid it on time… They didn’t sort out the issue and kept lying by replying every time that I didn’t pay on time. Terrible service!!! And every 15 days or so, they keep on increasing the penalty charges. I won’t pay those charges at all coz I know I paid all my dues on time, there’s no way I am paying those goddamn charges! More than that, it’s not my fault at all… They didn’t update it in their system on time, but are asking for penalty charges!!! Absolutely pathetic!!!
