MOBIKWIK has activated ZIP loan for an amount of ₹1000 without my consent and they are since then harassing me asking to pay ₹2100 as part of loan and dues and penalty and interest. because of this my CIBIL is also drastically affected. Please take necessary action against the company and Resolve my issue ASAP
