Today I got a IVR call from authorised MOBIKWIK CUSTOMER CARE number stating they are from Mobikwik and there is a change in your mobile number, asked me to press 1 to Cancel. Once I pressed 1, it asked me to put OTP to proceed with the cancellation.

I was bombarded with tons of text messages with OTP because of which I couldn’t think of anything and thought someone is pranking me.
MobiKwik paylater was deactivated and was uninstalled on my device, when I installed to check if everything is fine I saw ZIP was ulitised with total transaction amount of 54000₹ which I have already mailed for deactivation but they haven’t deactived my Mobikwik paylater account.
