I have paid the Mobikwik Zip bill of Rs 1180 but they are not updating it and they are not giving me any response.

I paid my zip payment rs 398 on November 30 still not any updated in app..and also dec 5 is the last day for due so they fined 300rs extra now showing 700 rs payment due
