My name is Nikhil Jasrotia I was given a credit limit of Rs. 500 from MobiKwik and I used it to do recharge because they were giving Cashback at that time but even after depositing the money back their system didn’t updated and it still shows that I haven’t paid the money back after that I tried to call customer care many time but every time their agents were busy on another call and I did wait for half an hour but still they didn’t respond after that I even tried to email them and I did with the screenshot attached of payment many times but every time their inbox is full and mail didn’t sent to them after that I received some calls from their agents regarding payment and I told them the same but everytime they said we will check and make it correct so for now that zip balance of mine is in negative 6332/- after getting penalties
