Hello Team,
On 30 June 2023, there has been suspicious transactions are done on my Mobikwik wallet without my consent, OTP or any type of Authentication.
The 5 transactions were made immediately within few seconds. I immediately called the customer to raise the fraud however customer care executive informed me to drop a mail at Fraudalerts@mobikiwik.com and she disabled my account and it is not accessible.
I have emailed on above mentioned email id immediately with all the transaction details – Ticket ID – 6228010.
I have not got any further response yet on this and now I have received an email on my Mobikwik wallet due payment. These transactions are fraud and are done without my consent or Authentication or OTP and not done through my device as well.
