This is to bring to your kind notice that I had used Rs. 479.00 from my Mobiquik Wallet for a mobile phone recharge in the month of July’2022. Thereafter I unfortunately forgot to make payment of the said amount, neither did I receive any intimation from Mobiquik reminding me to make the payment. Suddenly on 04.01.2023 I came to know from them that the amount has increased to Rs. 4105.00 including penalty.
I hereby request you to intervene since I am unable to pay the amount which is almost 10times of the amount which I used.
