Subject: Formal Complaint against Unauthorized Transactions and Refusal of Refund
Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to register a formal complaint against Mobikwik, pertaining to unauthorized transactions on my account and their refusal to provide a refund.
On [Date], I was made aware of fraudulent transactions totaling Rs. 38,000 on my account, which were conducted without my knowledge or consent. Despite reporting the matter promptly to the Dispute Management Team at Mobikwik, they have failed to refund the wrongfully deducted amount.
I am a single-earning individual, and this substantial amount has had severe repercussions on my financial stability. The unauthorized access to my account raises serious concerns about the security protocols employed by Mobikwik. An OTP was generated and sent to my registered primary number without my initiation of any such transaction.
Despite being notified of the suspicious activity and subsequent investigation, Mobikwikhas not taken adequate steps to resolve the issue. Their response suggests a lack of urgency and a refusal to process a refund for the unauthorized transactions.
Given the gravity of the situation and the refusal of Mobikwik to address this matter appropriately, I kindly request your intervention and assistance in resolving this issue. The unauthorized transactions have caused me significant distress, and I believe immediate action is necessary to rectify this situation.
I am willing to cooperate fully during any investigation and provide any additional information required to expedite the resolution process.
