I used only 1456rs of zip amount for recharges. The payment is delayed for 1 hour, for that they will add almost 632 rs as overdue fee and it will increases unnecessarly day by day , i will made a call to the customer care executive and they says you can pay total amount there is no other option for you ,if you won’t pay it will increases day by day and they says for daily they added 10rs and every 10 they added 632 rs . For me as a student it will be a problem for my future and it effects my cibil score , kindly resolve my issue.
