Hi,
Mobikwik has converted their ZIP service into a loan and entered the same in my CIBIL report without my consent via their lending partner (Transactree).
I had asked them earlier this year to close the ZIP account and they had removed it from CIBIL. However, now they have again fraudulently added the same ZIP account as a loan into my cibil
