Dear sir/madam,
I am paying a rent payment from mobikwik zip on 12.08.2022 of rs 7250. But the transaction is showing pending. For this payment they charged me 171 approx. But the transaction is showing pending. And the billing last date is 20.08.2022. after 20th August they charged me late fee huge amount. But i want to contact them many times but they didn’t get any proper response in twitter.and didn’t received the phone call.
But for penulty increasing, i pay all due amount from my pocket excluding late fee.
Kindly help me to get my money refund and waived off the late fee.
