I made 2 payments rs 380 and 395 which was paid to a merchant for some products and next day I cancelled the orders and got refund in my mobiwick account. I send the so many reminders call to customer care they told me you have to pay untill the adjustment not done. I paid it and now my account has been freeze don’t know why. My money also I can’t use. They are doing fraud.
They send me overdue reminders also but after 2 months it was not yet resolved.
Can somebody helpt me to how I can get my own money from them. They are totally fraud and chuna laga rahe hai customer ko.
