Dear sir
I am writing this letter to bring to your attention the breach of privacy by mobikwik recovery agents. Mobikwik agents have been contacting my family members and colleagues regarding a debt that I owe, which is a clear violation of my privacy rights.
I understand that mobikwik have a right to recover the debt, but this does not give mobikwik agents the right to contact third parties and disclose my personal information. This behavior is not only inappropriate but also illegal.
I request that you take immediate action to investigate this matter and ensure that mobikwik agents do not breach my privacy rights again.
