Hi,
Transaction ID 207822852, Transaction ID 207823555 – I did online payment through Mobikwik to IDEA cellular operator on 30th January’2018. But till today Idea operator didn’t receive payment.
I complaint this issue to both party but at last Idea operator mailed me that they didn’t receive payment.
Although at the time of payment I receive payment from Mobikwik for sucessfull payment but now they are not providing me payment detail ( reference number) as require by Idea operator.
Please help me to settle this problem as after 15 days continuous contacting to Mobikwik team they are not providing me require details and my money is stuck.
