I have done a recharge for my mobile number while paying I choosed Mobikwik. but that automatically selected zip account without my notice. later when i open mobikwik app there was charge of Rs99 activation fee for activation of zip account which was not communicated while selecting the payment mode.
So totally I had to pay 199 by oct oct 16th. For every 7 days from oct 16th They are penalising with 100% fine and today is Nov 6th the total amount reached to 436.88 rupees
Every day I am receiving messages and calls to pay the bill with fine.
You tell me here who on this Democratic India will pay 300%+ fine for just utilising 100 rupees.
Dear team, please solve this dispute with Fraudulent mobikwik company.
I am not ready to pay unnecessary fine imposed on me. I will just pay whatever Rs. 100 I utilized
