Dear Concern,
I had a transaction in mobikwik to my bank account of Rs. 4196- on 10 aug 2022..Amount has debited from the wallet and funds has not gone to account also and its not returned also to the same wallet. I have raised multiple complaints and tried to reach this customer care.. No response from that side.

Please file a complaint with the RBI at https://sachet.rbi.org.in/Complaints/Add. The RBI has taken a stern view about such non-refunds and will take necessary action against the NBFC
