I have Rs 2304 in my mobikwik wallet and wanted to make a payment of Rs 2170 for electricity bill payment however mobikwik is not allowing me to use the wallet money. No one has replied to my complaint logged online even after 24 hours. Even when I called customer care number the executive was very rude and blunt in answering me. He simply cited company policy as the reason and abrublty disconnected the call. No one is answering the call now even after waiting for around 25 minutes.
