I Adv. Rajat srivastava son of mr. Rajesh srivastava, 59 sufiganj shubhash bazar hamirpur uttar pradesh, on 5 june 2023 i got a limit of rupees 5000 from mobiwik zip app (lending paartner- lendbox) to use it for shopping only. After using it on 5 july 2023 is showing as a due date when i checked to repay the amount they induged a high rate of intrest and ask me to pay 6476 rupees. When i tried to talk them they said convince charge transaction charge was levived on it and now after 7 days overdue they increases the intrest to 3500/- means they were asking me to pay 8300.
They synced all my contancts details number in to their system without my consent and breaching my privacy , they were calling to my family members and relatives without my consent and threatning them to pay the amount. And defaming my identity and blackmailing me. I request the court to please charge them with the defamation case and breaching IT rules and regulations,and violatiing RBI intrest rate policy.
