One month ago I taken a loan from mobikwik application app. I paid first emi last month. This month when I tried to foreclose the loan then I was unable to pay on there app it showing over there as technical error. I talked with the Mobikwik customer support regarding this issue they told me that you need to pay three month emi then only you can close that loan otherwise you will not able to close that loan. But in the T&C and sencetion letter it was no where written that you can’t forclose loan before paying three month emi. When I got the offer from mobikwik app it was giving the notification that take flexi loan you can close it any time, but there Team is not ready to close that loan they are saying that it is mobikwik internal policy and it will not be written in the sencetion letter and T&C of the loan. I’m attaching the loan sencetion letter first page where it is the only line written about the loan close that foreclose charges are 3% interest charges applicable. I asked them to provide this information in written that it’s a mobikwik internal policy and we can’t provide it in the email. Please help on this. I attached there website link as well where they already mentioned you can close after 3 days from the date you have taken it. They are not responding to my email and forcing me to pay the loan interest first and it is not even mentioned in their sencetion letter and and not in T&C please help I’m in huge financial burden. There customer support it also not supporting talking to me in very rude way
