So it all started when i used mobikwik’s zip service.
On 24 aug 2021, i made a payment of 554.61 thru their platform.
Repaid them on the following day 25th aug’2021 in full.
On 1st oct, 2021 they charged me 99rs as their fee.
I have no problem paying the fee but atleast i should be informed via a receipt or payment request on my email or phone number. I never received a notification about it from their end.
8th april’2022 they auto deduct my wallet balance for 79rs.
Which leaves with a balance of 20rs due.
In 1.5yrs of not paying (unintentionally)
20rs. They charge penalties every 15 days
Which comes to rs.3782!
So just for 1.5 years on 20rs they can charge 3782 in the name of penalties?
How is it fair??
