Mobikwik was repeatedly suggesting me to complete KYC for account activation and Transactions. While doing that they smartly sneaked zip account
creation which they charged Rs. 99 which I was unaware. Then when I got bill I raised issue because I did not know zip account and charges. By the time I got reply from mobikwik they already charged penalty of 404rs. raised issue with them to clear my penalty, i will pay activation charges 99rs. They said not possible to wave off penalty charges. i tried to pay total amount but they have some issue with ZIP payment. got Transaction failed message. tried to pay 30-40 times, i got same issue.no proper resolution from customer care also. Next day
they charged again +298rs of total 702rs penalty without resolving issue. Next i contacted customer support for resolving my issue simply they are black mailing
it will effect to my CIBIL. i checked my CIBIL report it reflected in my CIBIL 13000rs as PERSONAL LOAN amount with 99rs unpaid/delay payment. please take action Asap.
