I have a mobokwik zip account registered with mobile no 7903393189 name nirmal kumar. I have recharge my mobile with zip account for rs 1599 but mistakenly I did not repay the amount in due time but approx 5 day delay I made all amount except penalty.
Now mobikwik charged me approx 1300 penalty for 1600 rupees delay payment in one month this is not justified. please look into this matter and waive off my all penalty etc.
