This is to apprise you that from past few weeks I am very frequently receiving harassment calls from multiple recovery agent claiming to represent Mobikwik. The frequency and nature of these calls have escalated to an alarming extent, prompting me to seek your assistance in addressing the issue promptly

Nature of Harassment:
These recovery agents are not only making my calls. The have hacked all my contact details and phone gallery, and making calls to all in my contact, my family members, relatives, colleague and other (most of the calls are gone to female contacts).
About Loan:
4 months back I took loan from Mobikwik application for INR 1,19,905, I have paid 3 EMIs of 7778 on time but because of some financial reason I couldn’t pay the 4th EMI. I tried to reach to the customer care number given on Mobikwik Application to discuss this but all vain.
Impact of These Calls:
These calls have left impact on me on both way (Emotionally and Psychologically). I am not able to concentrate on my work, too disturbed to go out of my house and too broken to greet anyone. Sometime I get thought to commit suiciede but thinking of my little son have to control myself. Its really painful that I cannot explain in words. Please help
